Court Street

The apartment is right on Court Street in downtown Plymouth, walking distance from the ocean, dozens of restaurants and stores, and several cute coffee shops. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is quite small and could be used as an office or could be rented out to a third roommate if they’re okay with a small space. Two of the bedrooms look out onto the street with a nice view of town. The kitchen has a vintage vibe but with a new huge fridge. The kitchen window overlooks the ocean, as does the small back deck. The bathroom is shared but a decent size, and the living room is between the kitchen and the front bedrooms. There is a parking space we can share!

I’m 28, I work full time as a social worker in Plymouth, and in my free time I’m either hanging out with my friends or at home playing video games with my cat. Pukka (my cat) is 15, about 5 and a half pounds, has no teeth, and spends most of her time sleeping. She lives the dream. I’m pretty easy going - as long as you pay your rent on time, keep common areas tidy, and don’t have wild Wolf of Wall Street parties in the apartment - I’m cool. I also don’t mind if you partake in ouid, I myself am tragically allergic to THC though so I’d ask you either use a vape in your room or go on the deck.
