Sam's room

The place is off I-78 Exit 33 or Route 22 towards Chimney Rock Road. In a safe and quiet neighborhood, the place is furnished and has its own private bathroom with jacuzzi, a desk, a sitting room, and a breakfast nook complete with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a dedicated car garage and separate or private entrance to the ensuite.

I am usually either out of town for business. I have a couple of caretakers and a brother-in-law looking out the property for me, Another room is also rented out for $1,350.00.
