Looking for a female identifying roommate to move in with me and my two cats in March or beginning of April!

About me: I love to read, host get togethers, go to karaoke, travel, and try new places. I love all things fantasy!! Also I am so down to redecorate any way you’d like ◡̈ (we can even paint!)

About the apartment: Rent is around 1400 after utilities 2 bedroom 2bathroom The lease is a year long Located in lake forest park Parking is easy TONS of closets Dishwasher/washer/dryer Close to lake Washington Has a patio I have a large library you can choose to read from! I have an air fryer/instant pot/nutribullet feel free to use. There’s a pool and small gym/sauna About 8 minutes drive from the Northgate light rail

The bathroom and bedroom currently have my roommates things in them but it will be empty when you move in!

My name is Darrian, I’m about to be 28 and I have 2 friendly black cats! Not looking to have anymore pets at this time, and I don’t think the apartment lets you have more than 2 anyway. I’m in a hybrid work situation so I work from home pretty often. I’m outgoing and like to meet new people and a huge reader. With my current roommate moving out I am looking forward to re decorating the entire space. ◡̈
