Iowa Street

It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the 2nd level of a small building with about 9 total units. It’s located close to El Cajon Blvd and the 805 freeway entrance in North Park. The square footage is around 850-950 sqft. There’s a coin washer and dryer onsite that we share with the other units; since there’s so little units that’s never been a big issue. There’s one assigned parking spot, and then street parking. I’m willing to pay a little extra to keep the spot, but also open to discussing that and just keeping rent down the middle. Building is on the older side so no AC/Heating in the units. Rent is $2,000 total with water included.

I’m the only one living in the unit. I’m 29 years old I work full time in the office of a construction company M-F. I spend the majority of my time at work, the gym, and with my girlfriend. My girlfriend will stay over a couple nights a week, and I’ll stay with her a couple nights a week so hopefully that wouldn’t be an issue with whoever decides to move in.
