Hi!! the property is a duplex so we share a wall with the neighbor but it’s about 5 minutes away from campus, close to downtown but without all of the traffic! i do have a cat named mr. bean so cat lovers preferred & support animals are allowed as long as they have the proper paperwork! trash & lawn care is included in the rent but water, power, & wifi are not! it comes out to $50-$80 for utilities!
