The rental property is no smoking, and no pets.

Lease information:

• Rent is $1300 per month.
• Security deposit is 1 month’s rent and will be collected at lease signing.
• Lease will be 1 year and then monthly by monthly.

Utilities are to be split among tenants and a single parking space in the garage will be provided.

In the common areas:

• You will be able to use any of the appliances such as dishwasher, oven, mircowave, TV, laundry, etc.
• You will have your own space to store items in the kitchen, fridge, pantry, and other shared storage spaces.
• Internet is 1Gbps wired. Wireless access points are placed throughout the house to ensure good WiFi coverage.

In the room:

• You will be on the third floor
• No furnishings, please bring your own
• Some cleaning supplies will already be present for your use
• Shared bathroom with maximum 1 other person
• Your own closet
• Ethernet port

• Visitors are welcome to stay during the day, but not overnight.
• Very close to I-580 & I-680 freeways.

• Access to the community swimming pool, fitness center, and rec center

Hi, I’m a Software Engineer looking for others to room with! I’m usually WFH, but occasionally go into the office. Some of my hobbies include: hiking, video/board games, hanging out with friends, and learning languages. I like keep spaces clean and tidy! I do the dishes as soon as I create them, I vacuum, mop, and sweep regularly especially when guests visit. I put away my belongings and try not to leave them laying around.
