Beautiful furnished room in a sunnyt 4BR/2Ba home in B-Section community. Near college, shopping, and transit. You would have a private room, share both baths with up to 3 people (though usually less) and a lovely cat, and have access to the kitchen, laundry, and the rest of the house.

I’m a 50’s female who lived here for over 40 years. I can’t work, but until recently, cared for my mother who passed last year. I live a pretty simple life, enjoy friends, church and Kareoke on occassion, and also volunteer at an animal shelter. The house is ample so you’ll have your space, but I’m also happy to have company if you so choose.
