Looking for a professional female tenant for a small furnished 1 bedroom in a home in Oxon Hill, MD. The available bedroom is completely furnished an extra-long twin bed, a dedicated workstation (table, chairs), a lamp, and a dresser. This room is perfect for a flight attendant (since the home is less than 15 mins away from DCA) or someone does not require much space.

The rest of the home is completely furnished with a living area, dining area, TV, Sofas, kitchen, and laundry/dryer unit in the basement.

There are three rooms on the main floor and one bath. The bath will be shared. You will be sharing the bath with two other women. That being said, the home is extremely clean and well taken care of. All tenants are expected to clean the bathroom and kitchen after each use.

Rent does not include utilities (roughly $100/month) It is available for rent starting in May 2024 in Oxon Hill. It is located about one mile away from the National Harbor.
