My Alameda home has three separate room rentals available. #1 My entire second floor which consists of one large Queen bedroom, one small Full bedroom, a family room and half bathroom are available as one 800 sf rental for $2000 month. #2 Master Queen bedroom with private ensuite bath for $1600 month. #3 Full Bedroom with shared bath $1300 month. Full use of the common rooms downstairs as well as the redwood deck, rear yard with fire pit area, Graffiti wall and BBQ grill. My non-owner occupied home has four bedroom 2 1/2 bath, dining room, open kitchen with breakfast bar, All electric appliances, laundry room, and music room. This is a non-smoking home.
About the roomies
