About the room
The property is 4 houses back from the beach in the small community of Mission Beach. You’ll be surrounded by locals and people occassionally coming and going from AirBnB’s. The court is typically a quiet place in exception of weekends during the summer. Wonderful weather, great people, and a great place to be overall.
The room being rented out is currently in use as my home office but I am taking an in person job and will be leaving the room empty here shortly.
About the roomies
My roommate Dustin and I are working professionals. We do not party much but enjoy hanging out around the house. Very easy going, tidy, and clean.
