About the room
This ad is for the main house that I will be renting room by room. House is 3 bed 2 bath ranch style house. Security deposit will be double as the monthly rent. So for example, if you are looking at a room it will be $1500 security and $750 for the month, which will be prorated accordingly. This add is for Room 3. Background check will be required. Residents in the main house will pay the utilities including electric, water and sewage and gas. Each resident will pay $20 towards internet.
