Located near Drumm Farm in Independence. Close to grocery stores, gyms, the mall, and more.

Also very close to I-70 and 291.

The basement room is large and includes a closet. The bathroom is directly off of the room and includes a standing shower and additional storage.

There is a smaller room right at the bottom of the basement stairs that you can have as well and furnish as your own living room space.

The rest of the basement is unfinished and is used as storage. Depending on the amount of storage you need, you’re welcome to use part of the basement to store belongings!

We (Adrianne and Larissa) are in our late 20s. We’re passionate about personal growth and are on the spiritual side ✨🧘🏻‍♀️

We’re also both creatives. Adrianne has a podcast and Larissa is a content creator and videographer.

We’re both great communicators and expect the same out of our roomie!

Your animal roommates will be Larissa’s dog Henri, (100lbs, very friendly, more like a baby) and Luna and Luca, Adrianne’s cats.
