North Highway 6

I’m renting the spare room and bathroom on the opposite side of my 2/2 apartment in the Taylor at Copperfield apartments. It’s closely located to 290 as well as far enough down Highway 6 that the traffic doesn’t stay bad all day long. There is a nice gym by the leasing office as well as two pools on the property, both being close to the building. The unit itself is they more remodeled one, and is 1200 sqft. The room and bathroom being rented is separated near the front of the unit by a hallway (with connected washer and dryer laundry room) which I have closed off and with curtains like a sliding barn door to make it more private and seamless. The room is very spacious, has a walk in closet, and the bathroom is large with a garden soaking tub. The room can be kept furnished with your own sheets and bedding, or unfurnished if preferred. The rest of the home is common space that you could absolutely feel free to use at any time, as it would be your home as well. There is also a large patio off the living room with patio furniture for smoking. The house bills would be electric, and the internet which is AT&T fiber. It normally doesn’t go over $200-250 a month for both combined. The room also comes with its own covered parking space assigned.

I am a 32 year old professional gay man working as a locksmith that comes and goes throughout many hours of the day as I am on call and it’s a lot like a contractor position. I am very clean and organized, and appreciate the house to be that way. I do enjoy being social and having friends over but it doesn’t seem to happen as much as I would like with how busy I am with work. Haha. I have two dogs, one is 13 years old, and one is a puppy at 15 months old but both are very sweet and not very big. I enjoy going out and having drinks with friends, or enjoying the bar at home (seen in the photos on the greenery wall). I am extroverted, but I definitely enjoy calm nights and relaxed days at home as well. Also, I don’t know how the laundry seems to be never ending but it does.
