Jennifer's room

Hi everyone ! Looking to rent a bedroom in my home in Belleville, NJ. You would have your own bedroom and there are two bathrooms to share , one has a washer and dryer in it. Within 5 minutes of the Light rail and plenty of bus transportation on Bloomfield ave which is at the other end of my street. Looking for $1000 a month which will include WiFi, but looking to split PSE&G utility bill (typically no more than $200). Shared spaces include kitchen , living room small backyard space and two bathrooms. Note: The photo of the room shows before it being cleared out , the room will only have a full size bed and 6 drawer dresser in it.

I’m 27 year old that works full time so I’m really not home too often. When I do have time I love being home and tend to keep to myself but definitely friendly & respectful. I love my home clean & with good vibes.
