My name is Jesse and I’m looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom of my condo. The condo is 1,400 sq feet, on the 12th floor, has a balcony with a pellet grill, is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and the room available has windows facing Lake Michigan. Soldier Field is a 15-minute walk and bus stops are very close by. I have two cats, Barnum & Bailey who are friendly and sweet, so they would become your roommates as well. There is in-unit laundry, bike storage, a gym, and a front deskman. The price includes internet, utilities, and access to my streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon).
