It has everything that anyone could ever want at ur fingertips for not a penny more than the monthly rent, all included! Also, this property is located close to major highways and connecting roads where US 27 is a five minute drive connecting to I-92, I-4 or the 429 expressway. We are also located close to all the parks just 10 minutes away from the disney theme parks, family activities, major shopping , Margaritaville, and connects to 3 other counties lines( Osceola, orange, Lake) with this resort located in polk county (Davenport) is the reason why this area is called FourCorners and prime up-coming area.

Having two entrances to the home on ground level, one as our main and the other as a lock off side door for separate entry directly into your fully furnished room-for-rent, 12 x 12 bedroom w/ connected private bathroom, a spacious closet, a mini-fridge & parking space for 1 car. My father, retired doctor & army veteran, stays with me when residing to the states but he always travels internationally often between months here & there. i do have a tenant upstairs who conveniently also happens to be a longtime friend, hardworking Disney employee that works over 70 hours a week for Disney yacht club as a chef, taking courses at Valencia & has a healthy social life outside, but is very quiet and to himself while here. I myself, am a divorced empty nester with my daughter attending college her first year, where I am actually as well starting my own new venture with focusing to expand my small business. We are care-free & easy goers however all of our bedroom spaces are on the 2nd floor so the future renter will be secluded & have plenty of privacy to themselves or if enjoying the company, we look forward to make your acquaintance & good conversation.
