It is within a 20-minute drive to Tampa and 30-40 minute drive to Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Pete, or Clearwater. You have your own shared space on a luxury tempur-pedic mattress. Included is your own bathroom and closet. The home is just five minutes away from all the major grocery stores and shops.

You will be rooming with me. I’m a 32 y/o professional female. I’m very quiet and friendly. I work a regular schedule. I do not drink, smoke, party, etc. I do have two small corgi dogs as pets that stay in the kitchen and backyard only.
