Samantha's room

Three bedroom house in the village of North Syracuse close to a variety of stores, a library, and park. There’s a spacious driveway, deck, enclosed porch and garage. For rent is a private room with shared common areas and bathroom. There is a basement with a washer and dryer available for use. There are two bedrooms you can choose from.

I’m a 33 year old female that spends a lot of time at home. I grew up in the home and moved back in 2020 after my sibling purchased the home from our parent. My sibling is the home owner, he currently lives in CA and comes back to stay at the house from time to time. I have a dog that is very sweet and friendly. She is reactive (NOT violent). She is territorial so she will bark, a lot, at folks entering the house but once she is familiar with you she’ll relax. She gets along very well with other dogs. I’ve never had her around cats but she was in several foster homes with cats where they got along well. I work full-time, usually in-office but I do work from home from time to time. Although I spend a lot of time at home, I am very laid back, and understand completely the need for privacy and alone time, even in shared spaces. I’d appreciate a roommate who has similar interests. I’m not looking for someone who will frequently have large company over or throws “parties” frequently. Roomie must prioritize tidiness, cleanliness, be respectful of others and their property, and absolutely must be pup friendly.
