Greg's room

The property is a 3 story townhome (Built in 2014) with all bedrooms on the top floor. The two rooms that are offered for rent are on the smaller side so based upon needs I would be happy to offer both. This likely depends on if you are working from home or would need/want the additional space. I have included pictures from the sale of the property a few months ago for reference. Both of the bedrooms have now been repainted and the carpet has been cleaned professionally. In the next week I am also having wood blinds installed as well.

I just purchased the home a few months ago and are slowly working on buying furniture/painting and updating the home.

I am a mid 30’s professional who works in the automotive business as a regional manager. Typically I work from home and travel Tuesday-thursday and meet with clients. I am generally pretty tidy but often times work gets in the way so I have a cleaning lady visit every few weeks to help me keep the pace up..Not into smoking but I do enjoy a few drinks now and again.
