Old Mill Pond Road

The room is an average room with its own closet. The bathroom is shared with the other roommate, but there are a couple hallway closets so there is plenty of storage. The property is in an HOA community, which i know sounds bad, but i rarely have to deal with them. The community itself is very peaceful and quiet with a Publix and Walgreens nearby. Just a few minutes down the road are a few good restaurants and auto stores as well.

I am the owner of the house and i have a corgi. I’m pretty relaxed and like to keep the house clean. There is one other person living at the property, and he mostly keeps to himself but he’s a good guy to talk to when he does venture out.
