Located in downtown Sacramento. We’re renting out a room in the bottom unit of a duplex. Ideal location, very close to freeways and there’s so much to do within walking distance of this property. There’s a beautiful park a block away too. On street parking only. The room we’re renting is a bit smaller, hence a low monthly rent. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, it’s a very large bathroom. Please message me for pictures of the property as I have chosen not to post them online for privacy purposes. In unit washer and dryer. No pets please. Also no parties or large gatherings without permission from the other roomies. We’re all students so we like peace and quiet in the evenings/nights. You will be living with 3 other people. We’re all in our 20s. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, organized and clean, friendly, and not loud. Students/younger people are preferred. You will be living with two cats. The landlord only allows two cats and no other pets.
