The home is near many shopping centers, banks, and restaurants. The backyard has a large cement patio and Barbeque with table and chairs for outside activities. The room is on the second floor of the two-story home. Driveway and street parking are available. The room is furnished with a desk and office chair, single bed, bureau, nightstand, and wall mounted TV. The room has a large closet with sliding doors. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and has two sinks and a tub-shower bath. There is a separate room on the lower floor with a washer and dryer. Roommates have kitchen and common room privileges.
About the roomies
The owner is a senior college professor of anthropology in the state university system. Two other room mates are attorneys. One is just starting his law career in the Public Defenders Office and the other is mostly retired. There is one old dog who spends most of her time sleeping and staying out of the way
