Hello! I have a roughly 12’x10’ room for rent in the Hillsboro area to one person (prefer no couples but can be flexible if it’s the right situation). Its on the bottom Floor of a 3 story house, the bottom floor will be all yours, it has its own exit, garage storage, closet, and access to backyard that we don’t use so you can use as you’d like ( its a small backyard). The house is a 15-20 min walk from the Quatama transit center.

It’s in a three level condo, and you will have the entire bottom floor to yourself (barring my occasional access to the garage, door is in the hallway, but rarely ever use the garage). There is a full size fridge and freezer in the garage just for you, washer and dryer upstairs (communal use) and you will have 2 bathrooms (1 and a half bathrooms) the 2nd floor is where the half bathroom is, and full bathroom with shower is on the third floor, which would only be used by you and has plenty of storage. There is plenty of space under the stairs and in the garage for storage that you want outside your room. The living room and kitchen on the middle floor are common areas, for the whole house to use. We keep the kitchen full of kitchen supplies you may use as long as you clean them after use.

Cost is 800 a month + utilities (150-250 a month depending on if it’s a water+trash month).

The house is within brief walking distance of a plaid and a handful of restaurants as well as a cafe. Like I mentioned, it is a three story house so if you struggle with stairs this might not be a great spot for you. I have two very sweet and friendly cats so other pets will have to be on a case by case basis. 420 friendly house, so if you don’t like the smell of weed or can’t handle weed smoke this won’t be a good fit. This is a queer household, seeking folks who are able too mesh with that. Currently myself and my partner are the only residents (both nonbinary)

Must be employed, must be able to pay first and last months upfront, no deposit. Will need to pay a $50 application/background check fee to the property management company. Seeking a respectful and clean person, I do my best to be a good communicator and expect the same in return. We like the keep the house clean and comfortable but we aren’t perfect and won’t except perfection. Just an upfront notice: My lease is up for renewal in July and if the increase is too high I might need to move.
