Rebecah's room

I am located in Scripps Ranch. I live in three bedroom condo. The community is very quiet and only a short drive to Mira Mesa Blvd with many places to shop. My current roommate is moving early March and I am looking for someone to take over her room. We use the third bedroom as a guest room. Our landlord is great. The total rent is $3100 however the room that I am renting would be $1475 with your own bathroom. Utilities include WiFi:$12.24 per person (promotional deal ends in 2025) and SDGE: approx. $50-60 per person. There is an in unit washer and dryer. The community has two communal pools and two hot tubs. The condo also has a garage that fits two cars, tandem style. The landlord would require: Security deposit: $1475 (equivalent to your portion of the rent and pet deposit would be $125 (total is $250 my roommate and I split the cost for the two dogs. However, if you do not have a dog you would not pay the pet deposit)

I have a 3 year old Cockapoo who is full of energy and loves being around other people and pups so dogs are welcome! (sorry no cats). I am friendly and looking for someone who is friendly as well. I enjoy socializing but I also enjoy my moments of solitude. I work Mon-Fri so I am not home during the day. My weekends consist of church, brunch, farmers markets, kayaking, hiking or watching tv at home with my dog. I am looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and open to building a friendship as I believe that increases the experience of living together. I would also like someone who is clean and respectful of one another (specifically common spaces.) I enjoy coffee runs, dinner, wine and movie/game night overall trying new experiences.
