This property is located in the North Natomas area of Sacramento. There are multiple shopping areas around and it is close to the airport. 15 minute drive I5 to downtown. This is a quiet neighborhood near several city parks. The room is on the second flour of the house with an adjacent bathroom, two sinks and a tub-shower. The room has a large closet, large wall mounted TV, desk and office chair, bureau and single bed. The rental price includes all utilities, internet, washer/dryer and kitchen privileges. Large patio in the back of the house with a BarBQue.
About the roomies
The property owner is a senior college professor in Anthropology. There are two other room mates. Both are attorneys, one just starting out in practice the other is older and mostly retired. There is one old dog on the property who sleeps most of the time and stays out of the way.
