West Northpark Boulevard

I am looking to sign my lease over for my room located at The Glen Apartments across the street from Cal State San Bernardino.

Rent is $935/month which includes utilities up to $50 and internet is included. Utilities are split between all roommates (I’ve only ever paid an additional $11 for utilities). This lease would go through July 31, 2024 with the option of extending for another year. Pets are also allowed for an addition $45/month and a parking spot is available for $75/month

Room has been cleaned is ready for move in immediately.

There is a $25 application fee owed to The Glen Apartments but NO SECURITY DEPOSIT to move in and January rent is free. There is a $350 fee to take over the lease. Rent payments would begin starting February.

This room is part of a 3 floor 5BR/5BA apartment with a separate studio downstairs. There are 3 roommates located upstairs, 1 downstairs, and just one located on the middle floor where this room is located. The room has itw own private bathroom and is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk/chair, side table, and dresser. Unit includes A/C & heater, in-unit laundry, common area, kitchen, living room with large television and access to a fitness center, resort-style pool/hot tub, outdoor BBQ, lounge/game room with pool tables and study rooms. Conveniently located for CSUSB students but being a student is not required.
