Hello. I live in a new townhouse in Phoenix that I rent. It’s brand-new and I have one pretty chill cat. My roommate informed me he is going to move out at the end of the month. Great location, new construction. The twin bed can be left for you to use or moved out. It’s a pretty awesome adjustable temperpedic mattress.

I love the outdoors and doing anything associated with being out there. Camping, hiking, mt biking, floating rivers, etc. If it’s outdoors I love it. I’m super clean and expect the same in a roommate. I’m really only here about 1/2 the time. Pet may be negotiable. Depends. Most of the Spring I don’t plan on being around as I’ll be traveling.
