Private master bedroom in an all-female home. Looking for a single female occupant. No pets. Comfortable, quiet environment with respectful housemates. Rent: $1,250/month. Security deposit: $1,000. Available: September 15, 2026.
Option 2: ADU (1 bed / 1 bath) — $1,750/month
Standalone ADU featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, and in-unit washer/dryer. ADU has a private entrance. Suitable for a single person or a couple. No pets. Rent: $1,750/month. Security deposit: $1,000. Available: September 10, 2026.

Living in the all-females house: We’re a group of students and working professionals—clean, friendly, and responsible individuals—looking for a comfortable and respectful living environment. Please note: People living in the ADU do not have access to the main home.
