Metro mover is free and down the street. The room is for one person. Bed and closet included. The apartment has a full kitchen with cups, plates, cooking materials. Spacious balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Plants as decoration. The view is to the pool jacuzzi and the beautiful Miami view of the buildings at night.

The apartment is a room and a den. I live in the room and renting the den. I do work a lot and aren’t home often. I don’t take many friends home and rarely cook. I am organized and clean so I would expect everything to be the way it is but don’t mind any cooking or use of the laundry late at night !
