I am looking to fill the other room in my two bed/two bath apartment in Salmon Creek. You would be taking the second bedroom and would mostly have the main bathroom to yourself that you would only share with any guests we have. We are really close to WSU Vancouver, so students are welcome.

Your portion of rent would be $820(plus utilities) and I am looking for someone financially responsible and reliable.

This apartment complex is really nice and it’s pretty quiet. Maintenance is quick to respond and office staff is great. There is a 24/7 gym available and a pool/hot tub to enjoy as well.

Unfortunately, no cats as I’m allergic 🥲

I work a 9-5 job and like to come home to recharge/hibernate. I am friendly and kind, but don’t be offended if you don’t see me a lot…I tend to be a be a hermit. I do have friends over occasionally, and you are welcome to hang out if you also enjoy books and/or trash tv. 😅

I definitely value being considerate about shared spaces. I like to keep things tidy, and be respectful of each other’s belongings. I value communication and honesty so there aren’t any unnecessary issues.
