Welcome to the Peaceful Palace. This small slice of Sanctuary in south OB (4800 block of Niagara Ave ) is where I call home and hopefully so will you. Here we strive to make the home a truly relaxed healing place to come back to each day. With a focus on keeping the main space tranquil you won’t find a TV but you will always find the space ready for tea, conversations or some yoga or dance when the moment calls.

A beautiful outside patio complete with outdoor couch, grill, garden, a beautiful tree and solar powered overhead lights makes for a wonderful place to entertain or co-work on the beautiful OB afternoons and grill in the evenings perhaps host a little yoga gathering in the morning.

With r/o water and an robo vacuum this healthy easy to care for sanctuary is calling in it’s next king or queen.

About you: You enjoy a clean, low key home life and have work and hobbies outside the home. You enjoy cultivating community but don’t bring the party home with you on a regular basis. You consciously don’t use artificial fragrances, I’m allergic, and generally prefer a healthy lifestyle focused on growth and positivity in life.

Open to long term or short term for the right fit. The room can be furnished if you need but isn’t at the moment.

I am a social introvert, so best of both worlds, I’m going to respect your space but also love dropping in and sharing our similar interests. I’m big on healthy living and being active outside, rock climbing, hiking, camping, exploring pickleball 😄. I like a neat space but I’m not concerned with things that happen in the normal flow of life like a dish left on the counter etc.
