Steven's room

I have a house in Layton Utah with two separate furnished bedrooms rooms in a basement available. All access to: kitchen/dining room with separate refrigerator, food storage, cooking utensils, dishes, and eating utensils, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, washer and dryer, some room for storage. Off street parking is available. Also have a large backyard with a swing set and trampoline.

I am retired military currently working at Hill Air Force Base. In my off time I drive for Uber. I have two spare rooms downstairs so I furnished them and would like to rent them out to responsible people.
