3 bedroom, 1 story home, corner lot. Located in Surfside, and just a few blocks from the beach. I purchased the home last Dec, still unpacking, painting and updating. I also work in the medical field and this would be an ideal location for any traveling medical workers that are doing contract work at Ocean Beach or CMH hospitals.

I moved here from Beaverton Oregon a year ago. Friendly, hardworking, and laid back. I work full time. I have two older cats indoor outdoor. They are very clean, no odors or scratching. I also have 2 tame parakeets they are not loud and go to bed anytime after dark or earlier if needed. And lastly two small Russian Tortoises. They stay in my room during the winter and outdoors/garage in the summer. I keep my house very clean no pet smells, or pet messes at all. Inside of the house is really nice, with open floor plan. Large wrap around yard with shed and fire pit.
