1 medium size private bedroom with easy access to a shared bathroom, and shared large kitchen. Potentially can rent another bedroom ($1800/mo for 2 bedrooms) if needed and have 1 private bathroom. Must be okay with cats and children, and provide reference as well as willing to do a background check (fee $30). This is a large single family house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a backyard with a playground. I have a twin bunkbed that can be put together (no mattress though) and can provide extra play area if you have kids.
