There is also a covered mudroom/washer and dryer by the kitchen which also leads outside. The room for rent itself is 12.5 feet by 15 ft with a private full restroom attached (shower, toilet, sink).

3 working professionals (all male) current live on property in their 30s to 50s. Work backgrounds in carpentry, restaurant/retail and mechanics. Car/motorcycle enthusiasts. We love to BBQ and hang out together.
