About the room
Hi everyone! We are looking for a third roommate for our 3bd/2.5bath house at 6026 Bayonet Ln, Knoxville, TN 37920 ! Ready for immediate move in from Jan 1st 2024 to July 31st.
The room is in the second floor plan. Rent is $895 per month + utilities (around $50-90). It has enough parking space you can park till 6 cars, which is great! You would have a share bathroom, walk-in closet, and it comes furnished with the bedframe, mattress, coffee table , chair, blinds and also washer and dryer. The house is fully furnished. You don’t need to bring anything except for your clothes because it has all the dishes and pots you may need. It has a 75“ TV on the hall which has Netflix and YouTube TV plus 50 channels that you can watch. I would ask for no cats and dogs since I am allergic.
About the roomies
I as a landlord live in one room and one more roommate lives in the second room so we are looking for the third roommate.
