Memorial Drive

Second floor apartment building, spare room with a big closet space. There’s also a large deck area, and lots of storage space within the apartment itself.

The complex has a gym, two communal laundry rooms, an outdoor pool, a softball court and a tennis court. Noise from neighbors is pretty minimal. I never hear my downstairs neighbors at all.

I’m Charlie! 25, ftm 🏳️‍⚧️ I work for the college theatre department and that usually keeps me pretty busy. When I am home I typically work on various art projects or play video games! I’m a bit of a night owl (but a quiet one!) and I’m pretty easy going. I have a dog and a cat, both are extremely friendly and potty trained.
