I am renting a large master bedroom and bathroom in the Highland neighborhood of Gresham. The room is fully furnished with a spacious closet, full size bed, nightstands, dresser, and smart HDTV. The room features new paint and carpet, and the bathroom was remodeled just last year and is quite cozy. The home features blazing fast internet and Wi-Fi and you will be able to access all of your favorite streaming services from your personal Smart HDTV in room. Utilities are included in the monthly rent as well as cleaning supplies, laundry soap, toilet paper, dishes, cookware, and more. I can supply linens for the room if you would like or leave you to bring your own if you prefer.

My home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the upscale Highland neighborhood of Gresham. Location is very close to all amenities such as groceries, shopping malls, restaurants, medical facilities, schools, and the majority of the Portland Metro Hospital campuses. We are 15 minutes from Kaiser Sunnyside, Legacy Mt. Hood, and we are 30 minutes from OHSU, Legacy Meridian, Randalls, and many other medical campuses. Additionally I would like to mention that my home is just 20 minutes from the Columbia River Gorge and all the great outdoor recreation spots it has to offer like Multnomah Falls, Latourell Falls, Bridle Veil Falls, Hood River, Bridge of the Gods, Mt Hood National Forest, Timberline Lodge and so much more.

A little bit about me. I am 42 years old, I have been renting to wonderful tenants and travelling nurses for the last twelve years. I enjoy keeping a clean, quiet, peaceful home for my residents so that when they return home from work they can rest, relax, and let the worries fade away. I currently work full time in Human Resources and go to school part time. I currently live in the bedroom downstairs and would consider myself friendly, quiet, considerate, and a passionate cook. In my free time, when I get it, I enjoy hiking, camping, swimming, cooking, reading, volunteering, and spending time with loved ones.
