Willing to rent 1 room @ $650 or 2 rooms @ 1100 + your share of utilities. If you rent both rooms you get own bathroom. If you rent one room bathroom may be shared with another roommate. Current roommates (young couple) have large dogs. Garage equipped with gym equipment. Walking distance to big lots / fred meyer/ dollar tree and easy access to bus stop.

Young couple who work full time and exercise regularly. Have animals. Low key most of the time work / workout / eat / video games / repeat. Will have the occasional guest stop by but willing to provide notice if will be a gathering of any kind.
