In spite of it being a pretty big community (244 units) it’s also a relatively quiet, safe, friendly community - one in which neighbors really watch out for each other.

The unit is ground floor and doesn’t share any walls, and the neighbors directly above - and also those in the adjacent units - are relatively friendly, quiet, respectful, and reliable if/when need of assistance with something.

I’m close with my neighbors and am looking for an individual who is of similar character (friendly, quiet, reliable, respectful) and who will respect - and ideally also get along with (at a bare minimum in passing) them, as well.
