Private room available anytime starting march 1st (can prorate) in 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in Hillcrest/Mission Hills. It is a spacious house with private laundry room, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable shared spaces, 1 private parking space (shared, first come first served) and several available passes for street parking. No pets permitted by landlord :( Rent is $1000/month, utilities about $30-60/month depending on usage - includes Gas, electric, and shared internet. Landlord does require a credit check so this is something to be mindful of. Lease is month to month but looking for a more long-term situation.

3 young gay professionals (2 work from home/hybrid, 1 PHD student). All of us are quite sociable people, we do lots of activities together and hang out in the common areas of the home often. One of the roommates is deaf so if you know any ASL that would be a bonus. We are always respectful of each other’s spaces. Looking for a like-minded person to join our beautiful home/ family :)
