I have 2 rooms available for rent in my 2,600+ sqft home in the Temeku hills community. This will be a shared comfortable, friendly, and laid back environment. There is a formal gathering room, dining room, laundry room, living room and kitchen on the main level. There is 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom also located on the main level. Upstairs has another living room, bedroom and full bathroom. You will have full access to all common areas, kitchen, washer/dryer, and large front and back yard with patio areas.

Looking for this to be more than just a “stay confined in your room” living situation, ideally I would like everyone in the house to become friends where all are comfortable having their friends and family over together for special events. There will be game/movie nights, and friends/family gatherings from time to time. This is a drug free home and background check will be required. Stable job and no drama please! You are more than welcome to have friends and family over to visit and hang out but there will be a 3 day limit on overnight guest with the exception of family visiting from out of town.

You will also have access to our community amenities such as gym, pool/spa, tennis courts, billiards/game room, bar and grill, and golf course. Currently me and my brother occupying two rooms in the house. Both super clean and respectful. I travel for 1-2 months at a time for work. My brother is military and will be deploying soon until next year.
