Hello, I have a master bedroom for rent at 1290 38th Ave. Near Ocean beach, N Train stop, and Golden Gate Park. You’ll have two roommates and a shared bathroom. The apartment comes with 2 shared parking spaces, plenty of closet space, garage, in unit laundry, fully furnished kitchen with stove, microwave etc. Shared living room comes with a TV, couch, dining table.
This is a 3 bd /1 bath apartment, with one room available for rent. Walkable to local shops, beach, park, trains and buses. Bedroom comes unfurnished. I am moving to Sacramento for work and looking for someone to takeover my lease.
