We have a room for rent in our manufactured home for $700.00 per month. Attached are a few pictures of the room. The price includes electric, water, internet and cable, washer/dryer and kitchen access. There are no hidden fees but price is non-negotiable. Lease agreement of minimum 6 months to 1 year required as well as background check. A little country living with plenty of parking but near everything we need.

A one-month security deposit will also be required. Room is located at the opposite side of the home, which we do not utilize often and has a full bathroom (shared with current roommate).

We have do have 3 cats. They stay out of the guest rooms unless invited. We also have 2 two year old puppies - they will have to be shewed out of every room! LOL.

We live 5 miles from Highway 6 and Platts Springs Road where there are all the usual shopping necessities and restaurants. About 6 minutes away from White Knoll High School, Carolina Springs Elementary & Middle Schools. From our location we are about 25 minutes to Columbia. We are a gay married couple (59 and 58). I work during the day. The husband doesn’t work and is taking care of the home and other responsibilities. I am a smoker, he is not. He is 420 friendly. We do drink socially.
