West Monte Vista Avenue

I live in bedroom B (see the floor plan in the photos for reference) and am looking for someone to take over my lease as I’m moving out of state. It’s a really nice apartment, the living room and kitchen are always very clean. It comes furnished (bed, desk, dresser), it’s pet friendly, and very nice roommates! Also, you have your OWN bathroom and utilities are included.

This apartment has 4 separate rooms all with their own individual bathrooms. The other three girls who live here are all very friendly. We socialize occasionally but mostly keep to ourselves.
