We’re thrilled to present a furnished room on the second floor, priced at $1,300. The room has a beautifully appointed bathroom with a heated floor accessible via a private staircase. Our house has undergone extensive renovations, inside and out, including a charming garden and firepit area, creating a cozy haven we proudly call home.

In our smoke-free environment, you’ll enjoy: • Use of a completely renovated kitchen (see photo). • Access to a new refrigerator. • The rent covers all utilities. • Conveniently located washer and dryer on the first floor. • Off-street parking is included for your convenience.

Our home is near shops and restaurants, a short drive to University Ave and Legacy Place. Easy highway access and walking distance to the commuter rail (Providence/Boston line, ~ 20 minutes to Boston)

As we occasionally work from home, the atmosphere remains generally quiet. We love to cook and occasionally host friends and family, including those with small children. We’re also proud owners of a 7-year-old dog. We’re seeking like-minded individuals who appreciate respect and cleanliness.
