We’re thrilled to present two fully furnished rooms on the second floor, each priced at $1,100. These rooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom with a heated floor, accessible via a private staircase. Our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has undergone extensive renovations, inside and out, including a charming garden and firepit area, creating a cozy haven we proudly call home.

In our smoke-free environment, you’ll enjoy: • Use of a completely renovated kitchen (see photo). • Access to a new refrigerator located in the furnished basement. • The rent covers all utilities. • Conveniently located washer and dryer on the first floor. • Professional cleaning twice a month. • Off-street parking is included for your convenience.

Our home is near shops and restaurants, a short drive to University Ave and Legacy Place. Easy highway access and walking distance to the commuter rail (Providence/Boston line, ~ 20 minutes to Boston)

As we occasionally work from home, the atmosphere remains generally quiet. We love to cook and occasionally host friends and family, including those with small children. We’re also proud owners of a 5-year-old dog. We’re seeking like-minded individuals who appreciate respect and cleanliness.

The roommates comprise professionals from varied age groups and backgrounds. Our shared interests include cooking, biking, running, and gardening. Additionally, we are proud pet owners of a dog.
