Private room available in our 3bdrm 2.5 ba townhome in Kalaeloa Rental Homes Mehana neighborhood. Private full bathroom, (you would just share when/if family and friends come to visit) the home is fully furnished, room is unfurnished, spacious fenced in yard with lots of plants and a patio with seating and a hammock. Lots of storage available in the house, free gym and pool on site, dog park on site. 2 miles from White Plains/Nimitz Beach, down the road from Foodland Farms & Ka Makana Ali’i mall. Utilities split between 3 people. Plenty of street parking and a carport. Me and my partner have the primary bedroom, one bedroom is an office/guest room and then we are renting out the third room.

We are looking for a working professional female. Ideally someone who’s already on island and someone around our age, late 20s/30s. Single occupancy ONLY. No pets and no kids.

The photos are from the property management website but that is the model that we live in! If it’s a good match, I can send pics of our actual place and/or you can check it out when you come see the place.

We do have two dogs but we aren’t open to additional pets! Property mgmt only allows 2 pets - sorry!

I’m 32 and I work from home for a software company. My girlfriend is 29 and works in education. We enjoy playing with our 2 dogs, watching movies, game nights, going to breweries, beach days and hanging with our family. I like surfing, golf, photography and gardening! My girlfriend likes video games (we play together on the TV sometimes!), beach time and a good book.

Our current roommate is getting married so we’re looking to fill in her spot :)
