A beautiful room in a lovely home built in 2017. Carpeted, central a/c, one window, approximately 120 sq. ft. One large closet. The bathroom is two rooms first the sink counter and mirror, followed by a separate water closet with toilet and tiled bathtub/shower. The bathroom is shared with one female resident. All utilities are included, there is a washer/dryer on premises and a modern, roomy kitchen. Street parking only. Very easy on/off to I-35, restaurants, shopping everywhere in the area.

There are presently three adults in the house, two females and one male (owner), also two small dogs and fish. We are all hard-working professionals who appreciate each other and respect each other’s privacy. One tenant has been living here over four years now and the other has been here for two. We appreciate a clean house and don’t make too much noise.
