Small bedroom in finished basement with large closet space. You will have your own 3/4 bathroom and your own living room space. Laundry room and Kitchen will be shared.
We are located off of Highway 10/ 35W in New Brighton. Less than 20 min drive to Downtown. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails nearby.
Driveway parking is available at no charge or we can work something out if you’d like to park in the garage.

I am a 33 year old female with a teen son and no pets. Our backyard is not completely fenced in but we would not mind a dog. We are Hispanic, I cook often and like to share. I work full time, mostly in the office M-F but will WFH once in a while.
