The apartment is big and has multiple floor-to-ceiling windows, super bright with tons of natural light. New building in Edgewater. (Prime area in Miami if you are not from here:) ). Gym and pool in the building. Parking is available if needed. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes of walking. Wynwood parties, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. 3 months minimum stay.

Two ladies, young professionals and working a lot. We like to keep a friendly cozy environment. We don’t throw parties at home but can have a dinner and bottle of wine together sometimes. Must be clean and respectful. No pets.
